Wyeth Wasserman receives UBC Killam Teaching Prize

CMMT’s Co-Director and Principal Investigator in Bioinformatics, Dr. Wyeth Wasserman has won a 2013 UBC Killam Teaching Prize. The Prize recognizes all aspects of outstanding teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. It is awarded annually by the Office of the Provost and Vice President Academic, University of British Columbia.
Faculty members are nominated by students, colleagues, and alumni in recognition of their excellence in teaching. The Killam Teaching Prize has been given annually since the 1989-1990 school year.
Faculty, staff and trainees at the CMMT warmly congratulate Dr. Wasserman on his well-deserved award.
